We accept money orders. Orders are processed upon receipt of a money order. We cannot guarantee the availability of a product by the time payment is received. To place your order, add the products that you want to your shipping cart and select Money Order as your payment method during checkout.

| For a multiple product order, we will make every attempt to ship all products contained in the order at the same time. Products that are unavailable at the time of shipping will be shipped as they become available, unless you inform us otherwise. You will only be charged for shipping at the rate quoted to you on your purchase receipt. The entirety of this shipping charge may be applied to the first product(s) shipped on a multiple shipment order. |

When you enter a contest or drawing you are also included in our newsletter list to receive notice of promotions, specials and new additions to the Sample Store site. | We will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship for seven days from the date of purchase. Fulfillment mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment of incorrect product to you will also be accepted for return seven days from the date of purchase.
Return policy for retail orders -- Due to sanitary regulations, there are restrictions
as to what can be returned; all panties, thong/panty bodysuits, body shapers that
have a closure in the bottom of the panty or an opening in the crotch area cannot
be returned. All other items may be returned by the next 7 days after received
for a refund or an exchange. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. Buyer pays shipping
and handling for the returns.
All returns and exchanges are subject to quality approval from our warehouse.
To qualify for return or exchange, items must be shipped back within 7 days of
receipt in the following conditions:
- Items must be unworn, with all tags still attached shipped back in their
original packaging.
- Items must be free of scents and marks. We kindly suggest that you do not
have perfume, lotions or deodorant on when trying on garments. Any garment
returned used or soiled will not be eligible for return and will be shipped
back to you at your expense.
Although not mandatory, we recommend returning these items with tracking as our warehouse must confirm receipt of the item before an exchange or refund can be processed. We exchange for free. The maximum quantity of items returned per order is two. Please allow up to 7 business days from our receipt of item to process the exchange.
Return policy for wholesale orders -- We do not accept returns nor exchanges for wholesale orders. All sales are final. (Poliza de Devoluciones: No aceptamos devoluciones ni cambios en las compras al mayor)

| Shipping Time -- Most orders received before 11:00 AM ET will ship the same day, provided the product ordered is in stock. Most orders received on weekdays after 11:00 AM, Saturday, Sunday or holidays will ship the next business day.
Orders shipped via USPS Priority Mail to US addresses are usually delivered within the next three business days but it is not guaranteed. International orders shipped via USPS Priority Mail usually takes six to ten business days to be delivered but it could take up to six weeks, depending on the destination country. If you need to receive your order before this timeline, you may select an Express shipping service during checkout.
If any item is back-ordered you will be notified by email during the three next business days after received the order.
Our packaging is completely discrete; there is no indication of the content on the outside envelope.
No signature is required to be delivered; however we sometimes ship orders over $100 with signature confirmation for the security of your purchase.
We are not responsible for any delays in transit nor for items being lost or damaged in transit.
We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability. If you have any question regarding your order, please contact us. Your satisfaction is very important to us. |

| Our Store shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within the State of Florida. Wholesalers located in Florida must provide their Florida Annual Reseller Certificate to apply for the Sales Tax exception. For orders shipped to other states, you are solely responsible for all sales taxes or other taxes. |

| In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error, Bodyshapewear shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Bodyshapewear shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Our Store shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price |
