You should not select a smaller size in order to be tightened enough or to achieve a better result. Select your correct size based on your measurements using the sizing chart provided for each product; if your measurements are in the limit of two sizes, we suggest to select the biggest one, for example, if your weight is 132 lbs, you'd better select size L.
